Barista/Cashier

Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Front to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for drink and excellent customer service skills. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in providing a welcoming and high-quality experience for our customers. If you have a knack for brewing the perfect cup and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Duties

• Prepare and serve specialty beverages, including boba drinks, teas, and other beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handling customer payments and making change as needed.
• Operate a point-of-sale system, such as Aloha POS, to process orders and track inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work efficiently to meet sales goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail math and basic math principles to accurately manage inventory and make recommendations to customers.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of coffee and café offerings, including flavors, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive team atmosphere. Skills
