Barista Prime Coffee & bakery Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced café environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Manage inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to retail math principles. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Familiarity with clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques and products.
