Bubble Tea Barista - MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY

Hours Needed (morning shift, mid shift, or evening shift) Opening hour: from 10:30 am to 930 pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events
• Stay up-to-date on current beverage trends and new drink recipes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for cash handling
• Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and cocktail recipes
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
