Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, coffee beverages, and light snacks with precision and flair Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure an enjoyable experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for transactions, order processing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the café area, including food handling and preparation Manage daily tasks including inventory checks, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed Handle cash register operations accurately, including cashiering and retail math calculations Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving and food preparation tasks Requirements Previous barista or food service experience in a café or retail setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for transactions and inventory management Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of coffee preparation techniques and beverage customization options Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable customer experiences!
