Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista / Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm and skill will help foster a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, cocktails, wine and other beverages with precision and flair. Take customer orders accurately using Toast POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and bar area, following food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests. Support sales efforts by upselling beverages and promoting daily specials to enhance guest experience. Skills Previous barista experience with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques. Previous bartending experience with knowledge of responsible alcohol service and mixing drinks. Experience working with POS systems. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for all guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate order processing. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling, and proper sanitation practices in a food industry setting. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail.
