Requirements Passionate about coffee with an insatiable desire to learn Team player, optimistic, empathetic, can work through conflict constructively Be a communication channel to Back of House team and cafe staff to facilitate seamless service while bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the coffee conversation Ability to work a flexible schedule Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects Flexibly work different roles in the cafe, including drive thru, register, and runner; while learning the Barista role.
