Part Time Baristas - Ann Arbor South and North Campuses

Love Your Day! Come to work amidst the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and tea. Enjoy a cup of your favorite hot or cold brew coffee or tea during each shift. Learn how to make craft coffees and teas as a barista while inspiring guests with your creations. We are located in the lobby of the 777 building on E Eisenhower Pkwy, near Briarwood Mall. Staff are also encouraged to work at our sister location at 3393 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor near North Campus. We are in search of Baristas with experience in coffee shops and/or restaurants and food service. In addition to the usual cafe duties, other responsibilities will include inventory management. At this location, we are specifically looking people who are available Monday-Friday between 6am-5pm, and Saturdays 7am-2pm. All criteria of this application must be completed, including pre-screening questions. At this location, you will be trained to handle the cafe alone for brief periods. Training is paid and usually takes about 4 weeks. This will take place at both 777 and Plymouth Green locations, so reliable transportation will be required. Pay range is $15-$18/hour, including both base wage and tips. This is the accurate range that staff are currently getting paid. Sweetwaters 777 and Plymouth Green are owned and operated by a local and independent franchisee.
