This position is a floating barista that will work between our 2 locations in Berkley and Hazel Park. Schedule 1-2 shifts at each location (Berkley & Hazel Park) 3-4 days/week, approx 15-25 hours/week. Pay $13.73/hour + tips Average hourly earnings with tips: ~$16 - $18/hour Responsibilities Brew coffee, prepare espresso drinks, and follow recipes consistently Provide warm, efficient customer service Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized workspace Restock supplies and assist with light prep as needed Qualifications Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills Comfortable working early morning shifts Friendly, customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently during opening hours Barista or food service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Learn more about us at coffeeandbarkmi.com .
