Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies to uphold health and safety standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks, handling light food service, or supporting catering events when needed. Operate POS systems like Toast POS to process transactions accurately while handling cash and credit payments responsibly. Engage with guests professionally, providing excellent customer service through clear communication, friendly attitude, and attentive service. Follow all food handling guidelines and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all. Skills Experience in food service roles such as bartending or restaurant serving Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures to maintain hygiene standards at all times. Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS for efficient transaction processing. Experience in food preparation, beverage crafting, and basic kitchen tasks is desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to handle cash accurately.
