Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Café Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, preparing food and beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately. Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, and pastries. Operate a cash register and handle transactions efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and cleanliness. Provide friendly and prompt customer service, addressing any questions or concerns. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant is preferred but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
