Responsibilities Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing baristas, covering coffee preparation, customer service, safety protocols, and product knowledge Lead by example during daily operations to demonstrate best practices in brewing, presentation, and customer engagement Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help team members improve their skills and performance Develop training materials, manuals, and visual aids that support effective learning experiences Monitor training progress and assess skill development through evaluations and practical assessments Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration, enthusiasm, and continuous improvement Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and brewing techniques to incorporate innovative practices into training sessions Experience Proven experience working as a barista with a deep understanding of coffee brewing methods and customer service excellence Prior experience in training or mentoring team members is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to teach complex concepts clearly and engagingly Ability to motivate others and create an energetic learning atmosphere Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food service environments Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on individual learning styles and team needs Join us as a Barista Trainer and play a vital role in shaping a passionate, skilled team dedicated to delivering memorable coffee moments.
