Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista to join our vibrant café team! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care. Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas. Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and retail math principles. Support food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring timely delivery of quality products. Qualifications Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge preferred; passion for coffee is a plus! Familiarity with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales transactions accurately. Experience in food service or retail environments within the food industry is advantageous.
