Qualifications:

Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and be able to listen and learn. Must have good math skills. Must have a great personality. Must be friendly and outgoing. Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of a Barista include preparing specialty coffee drinks and other items for customers, maintaining cleanliness of the barista station, opening the register, operating a register system, opening the espresso machine, cleaning the barista area and preparing food orders for customers. All of these responsibilities are performed in accordance with our established procedures and guidelines.
