What You'll Do As a Wafflerista, you'll work across both front-of-house and kitchen responsibilities, including: Preparing our signature waffles, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail Delivering genuine, high-quality hospitality to every guest, every time Taking orders accurately and keeping service moving efficiently Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace Assisting with prep, restocking, and daily opening or closing tasks Working as part of a team in a fast-moving environment while staying focused on quality What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to balance quality and efficiency Friendly, professional, and dependable Able to stay organized and focused during busy periods Comfortable learning both food and beverage preparation Willing to be coached and improve over time We'll teach you the skills.
