Barista Lead

Creative Dining Services is looking for a full-time Lead Barista for our new caf located in the Haworth Hotel on Hope Colleges campus! The ideal candidate is a strong leader who delivers excellent customer service, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while creating an exceptional guest experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Prepares and presents food & beverages according to established recipe and presentation standardsAchieve high levels of customer and client satisfactionEnsure all equipment works and is maintained properlyProvide leadership, training, and instructionRefer and provide information to higher management regarding issues or concernsThe successful candidate will have:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

One year of retail or specialty coffee experience in a lead role.

Basic computer knowledge.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Must be able to lift/move 25+ lbs. May require standing for extended hours at a time. Environment may include hot, humid, or cold temperatures.
