Full Job Description Job Summary:

Mocha Me is seeking a charismatic, quick-witted human who can talk to literally anyone while simultaneously crafting beverages & modestly changing lives. Experience is optional; personality is not. If you can hold a conversation, smile under pressure, & pretend cleaning is your passion, we can teach you the rest.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee, drinks, desserts, & pastries with care (& a little flair if you've got it). Engage customers in friendly conversation—bonus points if they leave happier (& with more items than they planned to buy). Maintain cleanliness of the shop because, unfortunately, coffee beans do not clean themselves. Restock items as needed (it's a small shop, we're not running a warehouse here).

Up-sell like a pro:

suggest upgrades, desserts, or "just one more thing" w/ confidence & charm. Training provided; confidence encouraged.

Use downtime wisely:

if everything is done, your phone is fine; if nothing is done, your phone becomes… controversial.

Content Creation & Incentives:

We take content seriously (but make it fun): $8 per video reel you make that we post Bonus payouts: 10K views = +$15 25K views = +$40 50K views = +$80

Goal:

4-5 video reels per week $1 per story post (goal: 5 per day) Yes, you can use AI tools, social media, & your creativity to make this happen

Bonus Earning Opportunities:

Catering & events: earn 15% commission if you help book them Event hosting/creation: Plan/coordinate one event per month.

Responsibilities include:

creating posts, setting up RSVP links, finding hosts/activities, & promoting the event. You can charge an extra $5 per attendee for yourself.

Final Note:

We'd rather have someone who can sell five extra lattes than someone who can alphabetize the cleaning supplies. If you're motivated, social, & ready to make money in creative ways, you'll fit right in. Apply if you like coffee, people, & getting paid to be both productive and a little entertaining.
