Job Description

Busy Cafe in downtown Petoskey is currently hiring Hosts/Baristas.
Responsibilities include:
Seating guests Bussing Tables Cleaning Tables Maintaining an organized wait list and texting guests at appropriate times for seating Assisting with keeping the cafe clean and organized at all times Assisting servers and bartenders Pre-bussing Clearing and resetting tables after guests leave Preparing all drinks from the espresso bar according to specific recipes Maintaining a clean, sanitized and organized work station at all times Completing daily cleaning, stocking and bar preparation tasks Assist bartender with dishes and preparing cocktails Adhering to all Employee Policies without wavering Must be friendly and good with working with the general public. Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor with rude or impatient guests.
