Barista (Full time & Part time)

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled/experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions
• Operate espresso machines and other equipment proficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
• Upsell products and suggest additional items to customers Experience
• Previous experience in a café or coffee shop is required
• Baking experience is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
