Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to MudPenny standards Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to every guest Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, including food, coffee, and seasonal offerings Keep bar and café areas clean, stocked, and organized Support teammates by helping with food running, dishes, or restocking as needed Uphold MudPenny hospitality and service standards at all times

Qualifications:

Previous barista or café experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Passion for coffee, hospitality, and learning new skills
