Barista

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our dynamic drive-thru only team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers while delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring the drive-thru operates smoothly. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy engaging with customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations and equipment. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in food preparation areas. Requirements LOVE people and interacting with others in a FUN team environment. Previous experience in the food industry or café environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices. A friendly demeanor with a willingness to help both customers and team members.
