Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with precision and care Run the bar back register to provide retail sales, baked goods, limited cocktails, canned beverages, and assist the kitchen in delivering our gourmet pizzas to customers Engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner, providing exceptional service that encourages repeat visits Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and market, ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times Operate coffee brewing equipment efficiently, troubleshooting issues as needed to ensure smooth service Upsell menu items and promote new products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Handle cash register transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems with confidence Support stock replenishment by monitoring inventory levels and restocking supplies promptly - notify of any upcoming inventory shortages for ordering Requirements Passion for coffee, customer service, and creating positive experiences for guests Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with energy and enthusiasm Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Strong attention to detail for beverage preparation and cleanliness standards Flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, fill-in dates, etc. Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed TIPS training will be paid for and provided Join us as a Barista and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
