Beverage Specialist/ Barista

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and service areas Handle cash, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy using retail math skills Assist with food handling and basic food preparation to support café operations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Experience Previous barista experience or coffee industry background is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and basic math for cashiering and retail transactions Proven ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food industry standards related to serving, food preparation, and food safety regulations Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
