Total hourly wages including tips can range from $15 to $17 an hour with room for immediate growth based on merit and skill Job Responsibilities of our team member are: Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries Greet each customer with a smile and provide a fun, friendly and clean environment Must have a positive and professional attitude Process POS (point of sale) purchases Thoroughly understand our products to inform customers Must be punctual and reliable Must be flexible to work closing shifts and weekends Ability to take direction well Cleaning during shift when not attending to customers and at the end of the shift Job Qualifications Team member should have open availability Ability to smile and multi task Must have a reliable transportation Experience in food & beverage industry also a plus but not required
