Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and enthusiasm Operate Square POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Engage with customers to understand their preferences, recommend products, and ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions Assist in food preparation and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks during busy periods Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits Qualifications Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is preferred but not necessary.
