Our starting hours will be M-F 6:30am-7pm, Sat 7am-7pm and Sunday 8-4pm. We will assess hour availability and may alter hours depending on sales and customer flow.•

DESCRIPTION

This individual creates a memorable customer with an enthusiastic personality experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products. This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedures and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and connect with each customer Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products Take order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have weekend availability No previous experience necessary but it is preferred Works well in team environment Positive attitude and passion for working with people Commitment to master brand recipes and techniques Detail oriented and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple duties Ability to raise, lower and carry objects up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout a day Ability to stand in an upright position for several hours Impeccable attendance Disclaimer The functions and skills described here are general in nature and represent the type of work performed, but they do not constitute an exhaustive list of the duties and responsibilities performed on the job.

$11.13 - $15.00 per hour
