Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food handling and preparation Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing their needs promptly Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure timely delivery of food items in accordance with safety guidelines Support inventory management by restocking supplies and ensuring product quality throughout your shift Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service, with strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Excellent customer service skills that create positive guest interactions and foster loyalty Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper food preparation techniques Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us to craft memorable coffee moments while honing your skills in a dynamic café setting!
