We are passionate about serving high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, teas, and desserts while creating a warm, welcoming environment where culture, community, and exceptional customer service come together. Job Summary We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Baristas to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to company standards. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Accurately take customer orders and process payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, dining area, and workstations. Restock supplies and assist with inventory management. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations. Educate customers on menu items and make recommendations when appropriate. Qualifications Previous barista, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
