The Hideaway Vault in Northfield, MN is looking for one barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Qualifications Proven working experience as a barista or in an food service environment High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Position is 10+ hours/week Ability to work past the summer and into the Fall We are looking forward to hearing from you.
