Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks with flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.Guest Engagement:
Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations for coffee, shakes, and food.Technical Proficiency:
Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and accurate transactions.Cafe Standards:
Maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards across the cafe, including food prep areas and serving stations.Efficiency:
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth operations in a high-traffic shopping center.Experience & Requirements Experience:
At least 6 months of professional barista experience in a specialty coffee or high-volume food service environment.Coffee Knowledge:
Demonstrated knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (espresso extraction, milk steaming) and food safety practices.Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with POS systems (such as Square, Aloha, or Micros) is highly preferred.Hospitality Mindset:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with a diverse range of guests.Basic Math:
