Full Job Description Duties:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm smile.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and use the POS system to place them (training provided).
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer any questions they may have.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Operate the cash register and handle payment transactions (training provided).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Perform side duties, including cleaning and assisting with restaurant organization.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and team player mentality.
