Server/Barista - Jonnie Beans

The primary objective of the Server is to coordinate the wait station and communicate with the front and back of house personnel to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations. The server will process guest orders to ensure that all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis. The server is to be a direct representative and is capable of making sound decisions on behalf of Jonnie Beans. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Will have a High School Diploma or GED. Will have a means of reliable transportation. Must have strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Has the ability to read and write the English language. Duties:

Greeting and seating customers Taking orders Delivering food Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables Prep or side work Preparing bill and processing payment Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes Desired Skill(s): Handling cash accurately Using Point of Sale software Making change accurately Operating a variety of equipment, such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
