Barista

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic person to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating coffee drinks, smoothies, shakes, juice, lotus energy, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Your enthusiasm and barista skills will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties Beverage Preparation:

Craft hot and cold beverages—including espresso, lattes, and teas—adhering strictly to recipes and quality standards.

Customer Service:

Welcome customers, guide them through the menu, make tailored recommendations, and handle inquiries or complaints.

Cash & Operations:

Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash/cards, and fulfill side-work duties assigned by shift supervisors.

Sanitation & Maintenance:

Clean and sanitize espresso machines, grinders, utensils, and service areas to comply with food safety guidelines. Support catering events by helping with food setup, presentation, and cleanup Qualifications Must be able to work Thur/ Fri between 630 am-830pm and Saturday & Sunday from 630-3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus; familiarity with coffee drinks would be great. Pay:

$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
