We're looking for skilled, customer-focused Baristas who are ready to grow with a team that values both precision and personality. What You'll Do Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages to perfection Provide warm, attentive, and informed customer service Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and POS systems with confidence Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized café environment Support inventory, restocking, and opening/closing duties Act as a brand ambassador for Zensia's mission, products, and community presence Who You Are

• You have 1-3 years of barista or specialty coffee experience
• You bring great energy, reliability, and professionalism to every shift
• You're comfortable with high standards and fast-paced environments
• You know your espresso ratios , milk texturing , and latte art basics
• You genuinely love connecting with customers and team members
• You're always learning and want to grow in the coffee world What We Offer
