Summary The Wellway Barista employee is responsible for the consistent execution of menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards. They will deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.

Responsibilities:

Proactively develop relationships with new and existing members by providing unmatched customer service Build rapport, work collaboratively with team members, and create lasting relationships with prospective and current members to consistently grow club business. Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service Ensures cleanliness in a fast-paced customer focused environment Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED 1 to 2 years of experience in Food Service (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility. Excellent customer service skills Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends. Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time Ability to walk repetitively and routinely reach, climb, or lift up to 50 pounds.
