At BerryBox, we are dedicated to serving healthy food and beverages to our guests while creating a positive and energetic atmosphere. As an Shift Leader, you will be the face of our brand, greeting and welcoming guests with a smile. Your main responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, preparing quality smoothies, acai bowls, coffee beverages, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. As a leader, you will also help with ensuring adherence to procedures, inventory ordering, staff scheduling and employee onboarding. You will work closely with your team to uphold our ten core values, which include gratitude, positivity, excellence, respect, transparency, and growth.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Lead by example- promoting a positive and action oriented culture. Ensure adherence to BerryBox standards, manage/order inventory, onboard new employees and schedule staff. Provide exceptional customer service to each guest by welcoming them with open arms. Prepare quality smoothies, acai bowls, and coffee in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including regularly cleaning equipment and utensils. Uphold the ten core values of BerryBox by demonstrating gratitude, positivity, excellence, respect, transparency, and growth. Work closely with your team to promote positivity and growth by actively participating in problem-solving and strategizing. Communicate effectively with guests, owners, and other management to ensure a positive guest experience. Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling Perform other duties assigned by management. Must pass ServSafe manager certification
