Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly service to enhance their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Manage cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals as needed Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Qualifications Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is preferred; enthusiasm for coffee culture is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and retail math accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving or food industry roles that require multitasking in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of retail math, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for coffee meets your talent for delivering exceptional service.
