Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and matcha beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards Operate POS systems to process orders efficiently and accurately Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent customer service to enhance their café experience Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for transactions with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and during food handling Assist in food preparation and serving, including light food handling tasks within the café environment Manage time effectively to handle high-volume periods while maintaining quality and speed Requirements Proven experience as a barista or in a similar food service role within the food industry Familiarity with POS systems such as clover is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math confidently Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Previous experience in coffee preparation or serving specialty beverages like matcha is a plus Join us to be part of an exciting team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
