Ard Cafe is a specialty café located in St. Peters, Missouri, focused on serving authentic Yemeni coffee along with high-quality pastries, desserts, and freshly baked goods. We are passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment while introducing our community to unique flavors and exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and traditional Yemeni coffee Assist with serving pastries, desserts, and baked goods Provide friendly and efficient customer service Take orders accurately and handle cash/card transactions Maintain cleanliness of the café, including workstations and seating areas Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods

Qualifications:

Previous barista or food service experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Interest in coffee and willingness to learn about Yemeni coffee traditions
