Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence Provide an enthusiastic, welcoming, and friendly experience for every guest. Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently. Handle transactions with speed and professionalism. Drink Preparation Craft high-quality espresso-based drinks, energy drinks, teas, and other beverages according to 7 Brew standards. Maintain speed and consistency while working in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork & Communication Work closely with other Brewistas and shift leaders to ensure smooth operations. Communicate clearly in a drive-thru setting to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Cleanliness & Organization Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Keep the stand clean, organized, and stocked at all times.

Pay:

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour
