Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast POS and Touch Bistro POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy using POS systems Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling, preparation, and serving procedures Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining quality standards Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry with strong coffee-making skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced café environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Experience in serving food and beverages with professionalism and efficiency Join us if you're passionate about creating delightful coffee experiences!
