Each shift will consist of greeting members, facilitating membership sign-ups, giving air-high fives, smiling, laughing, answering phones, providing the best hospitality experience possible for our members, and building meaningful relationships. For maximum success, you should: Be willing to Smile. A lot! Know how to use a computer. Be a multi-tasker, a self starter, and a social enthusiast. Have great communication skills. Be health and fitness minded. A team player.

Essential Physical Requirements:

Standing for prolonged periods of time. Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new menu items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments. Learning about proper smoothie preparation and presentation techniques to improve quality. Preparing smoothies and adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls. Updating signage and displays to attract customers. Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the smoothie bar. Cleaning smoothie bar area, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Communicating well in person and on the phone. Light lifting (up to 30-50 lbs.)
