Bartender & Barista

BW Grill House is seeking energetic, customer-focused Barista/Bartenders to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting great coffee and cocktails while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve espresso drinks, cold brews, specialty beverages, and cocktails Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system Mix and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and in compliance with all laws Maintain a clean and organized bar and coffee station Restock ingredients, garnishes, coffee supplies, and bar inventory Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Deliver fast, high-quality, and friendly service Assist with opening, closing, and daily side work Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Barista and/or bartending experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be 18 years or older Ability to obtain Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications Reliable, professional, and team-oriented What We Offer Flexible scheduling (mornings, evenings, and weekends available) Employee discounts across BW locations Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding brand Supportive, fun, and team-focused work environment

Pay:

$22.01 - $26.51 per hour
