Barista/Prep Cook

Job Overview Do you love the smell of fresh espresso and fresh-baked goods? We're looking for a Prep Chef & Barista to join our passionate, fast-paced team. This unique hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, precision in the kitchen, and warm, welcoming customer vibes. Responsibilities Assist with light baking, prep cooking, and plating Brew espresso drinks and craft specialty beverages with consistency and care Open and close prep and café stations with cleanliness and efficiency Maintain kitchen organization and uphold food safety standards Occasionally contribute to menu testing and seasonal offerings Think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table — we love team input and stepping outside the box Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred, but not required. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing (a plus). Ability to provide exceptional customer service when interacting with guests. Basic understanding of math for inventory management is beneficial. Experience with coffee preparation is an advantage but not required.
