Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving all customers in a clear and cheerful manner Prepare quality coffees, tea, or other assorted beverages, scoop and serve ice cream, milkshakes, and sundaes with cleanliness, proper sanitization, and efficiency Maintain a clean and sanitized work area and customer floor, restocking of serve ware and supplies Light food prep Accept and input customer orders into computerized till, receive payment via cash handling or card reader Ability to stay focused and positive in both the busy periods and slower times Demonstrate ability to be a great time player, and work independently when necessary
