$11.00 - $21.00 per hour About Zesty Eatz Zesty Eatz is a brand-new, fast-casual Mediterranean QSR concept launching next week! We are bringing fresh, vibrant flavors and an energy-packed beverage menu to the morning rush. We are looking for reliable, high-energy morning individuals to help us launch our concept and deliver fast, friendly service to our early-bird customers. Job Summary As a Morning Team Member, you will be the face of our morning rush. You will handle everything from assembling our streamlined, limited breakfast menu to crafting our extensive, signature line of hot, iced, and blended beverages. This position is highly dynamic and requires multitasking between light kitchen prep and creative drink assembly.

Core Responsibilities Beverage Crafting:

Prepare our full line of specialty drinks quickly and consistently to recipe standard.

This includes:

Traditional Brews:

Drip coffee, iced coffee, and iced teas.

Blended & Frozen:

Smoothies, shakes, slushies, and our signature Greek yogurt freezes .

Infusions & Sodas:

Italian sodas, water infusions, and high-energy Red Bull infusions .

Refreshers:

Specialty handcrafted lemonades and fruit-forward refreshers.

Food Preparation:

Efficiently assemble, heat, and plate our high-quality, limited breakfast menu with precision and speed.

Customer Service:

Greet guests with a positive attitude, accurately take orders via POS, handle transactions, and maintain an energetic drive-thru/counter flow.

Opening & Prep:

Execute morning opening procedures, including calibrating beverage equipment, setting up food stations, and prepping fresh ingredients.

Cleanliness & Safety:

Maintain a spotless workspace by constantly cleaning blender jars, wiping counters, restocking stations, and adhering to strict food safety protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications Punctuality:

Must have ultra-reliable transportation for early morning shift starts (e.g., 5:30 AM or 6:00 AM).

Speed & Multitasking:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment, managing multiple drink and food orders simultaneously.

Coachability:

Eager to learn a diverse drink menu and execute recipes exactly as trained.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills to uplift our customers and coordinate seamlessly with team members.

Experience:

Previous barista, fast food, or fast-casual kitchen experience is a major plus, but we are fully willing to train the right personality!

Compensation & Perks Performance-Based Pay:

Starting base pay is $11.00 per hour , with the ability to earn up to $21.00 per hour based on hours worked and your scores across 10 core performance metrics.
