Mountain Café at Mountain Meadow Herbs is hiring a Summer Seasonal Barista / Café Prep Team Member to join our energetic and friendly team. At Mountain Café, we focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and incorporate our in-house herbal extracts to create unique flavors in our drinks and baked goods. Customer favorites include Avocado Toast, Dam Ham Paninis, Breakfast Burritos, Mountain Bowls, and our scratch-made coffee syrups—available for dine-in, to-go, or through our convenient drive-through window. Whether you're an experienced barista or just getting started, we encourage you to apply. Limited experience? No problem—we provide on-the-job training and enjoy helping team members learn new skills and grow. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service Prepare and serve beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, Lotus drinks, and teas Prepare and serve food items such as sandwiches, salads, and baked goods Describe menu items and make product recommendations Wrap, label, and date food items for sale Process customer payments for café and retail store purchases Assist customers in the retail store as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas and customer seating Schedule Part-time seasonal position 15-20 hours per week Monday-Friday day shifts Compensation $15/hour + tips Benefits & Perks Generous PTO plan Paid holidays off Employee discounts Simple IRA Meal and drink discounts Costco and gym membership reimbursement Paid parental leave Fun, supportive work environment Hands-on training and growth opportunities This seasonal position is available immediately and is expected to continue through the summer season.
