Job Summary:

The Barista / Cashier plays a vital role in the Base Lodge Café, responsible for coffee bar operations, cashier duties, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility, including restrooms.

High school graduate or GED equivalent Previous food service experience, preferably with espresso or cooking experience Excellent communication skills in English Ability to function effectively during high-stress situations Strong interpersonal skills

Specific Duties:

Ensure high-quality food and beverage service Greet and serve guests courteously Prepare and sell food and beverage items according to specifications Operate cash register efficiently, handling various transactions Maintain knowledge of beverage options and pricing Continuously restock condiment areas Clean dining area, restrooms, and workstations regularly Provide courteous and efficient guest service Mop floors and clean spills promptly Carry supplies to kitchens and restaurants Inform supervisor of any issues or feedback Comply with Health Department regulations Uphold safety and security protocols Establish effective relationships with guests and colleagues Prioritize safety in all activities Report food product shortages or spoilage Familiarize with Whitefish Mountain Resort properties and products Adhere to company policies and directives Subject to
