Kung Fu Tea - Hmart Job Overview As a Boba-rista at Kung-Fu Tea, you will be the face for the company! By crafting high quality drinks, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. You will be preparing drinks to company standards, with recipes memorized and practiced, make sure transactions are handled efficiently and make sure the store is clean and organized. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items with precision and care. Operate the Revel POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café stall, including barista and kitchen areas. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and handling. Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Previous barista or coffee experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Prepare and customize bubble tea, milk tea, fruit teas, slushes, and other menu items Follow Kung Fu Tea's standard recipes and quality guidelines Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout shifts Assist with opening and closing duties Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions with guests. Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling regulations. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
