Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems CLOVER efficiently for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper handling and sanitation procedures Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Assist in food preparation and serving of light snacks or baked goods as needed Skills Proven experience as a Barista with strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of café operations Customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods seamlessly Basic math proficiency for cashiering, retail math, and cash handling tasks Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced retail or food service environment Join us to craft memorable experiences through exceptional coffee service!
