Job Summary Join our vibrant café team as a Barista, where your energy and passion for coffee will create memorable experiences for every customer. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy using POS systems Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries or concerns Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures during food preparation and serving Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role within cafés or the food industry Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Effective time management to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order totaling Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and proper serving procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
